Primarily I am a landscape, pet portrait and people portrait painter. However occasionally I like to paint images that are somewhat political or current of people who have inspired me. My "Mona" painting is a tribute to the women who have had breast cancer, and my "Pink Sari" is in honor of the women in India who fight for women who have been battered, (the bamboo is their weapon). As a landscape painter I am most interested in the beauty of the world but my political paintings sometimes take another observational turn.
